Which bulb should I choose?

None of them, for now. The bulbs the maker offers are wired for 220-volt outlets, which is the European standard rather than the American one, and a 220-volt bulb on a US circuit gives you a dim glow at best. Mauna is confirming the socket size so it can name the exact bulb to buy at a hardware store near you. Until that line is on this page, it will not sell you one.

Do I have to pick a plug?

No. The maker also builds this lamp with European and Australian plugs, and neither of those is sold here. Every unit Mauna ships has a US plug on it, so there is nothing to get wrong at checkout.
