Shipping and returns, in short

Shipping
- Free on every order. No minimum cart total, no shipping line at checkout.
- United States only for now, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- 1 to 3 days to pack, then 5 to 8 days to arrive. Calendar days, not business days — six to ten days end to end.

When ten days is not enough
Some orders spend longer than three days in packing. If yours is going to pass the tenth day, an email arrives before the tenth day with the real date. If that date doesn’t work for you, the order is cancelled and refunded in full — nothing to return, nothing to argue.
The thirty-day guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery, and there are three ways it can go. Nothing is ever shipped back.
- Damaged, defective, or not as described. Send a photo. We refund you or send a replacement, your choice, and you keep the original.
- You simply changed your mind. Tell us and we issue store credit for the full amount you paid, plus a 10 percent bonus. You do not need to ship anything back.
- You would rather have the money. Say so and we refund you instead.
We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of clear abuse.
