Shipping Policy

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every US state. There is no minimum cart total and no shipping line is added at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

Order processing and shipping time
Most orders are packed within 1 to 3 days and spend 5 to 8 days in transit. In total, expect your parcel 6 to 10 days after you order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delays
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs, weather, or high-demand periods may occasionally cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact.maunahq@gmail.com and we will help.

Every Mauna order ships with a free Thinker Figure. You do not add it to the cart and you are not charged for it.
